Creating Efficiency Savings For Your Organisation
On average for every £1.00 the Local Authority/London Borough spends with our organisation whilst we work with the family, they create a minimum of £88.00 an hour efficiency saving within their placement budget.
Our organisation provides families with the tools and confidence to continue the work after we have finished working alongside them.

What Our Clients Have To Say
NHS Professional
“I wanted to extend my thanks for our giving up your time to meet with me today. It was lovely to hear about the incredible work you are doing. You are a true inspiration!
I felt your passion for the young people and families you support, and it really resonated with me. I believe our goals and values align beautifully, and I look forward to linking up again and hopefully working together.”

“It was evident from when you took over the support in November 2022, that you were able to quickly build a positive relationship with the family. At the time, mum still displayed a level of resistance to professional involvement and her volatile nature could make relationship building more difficult. Your willingness to be flexible with the support you offered really helped to overcome the barriers and establish a trusting relationship with the family. You worked very well as part of the professional network, maintaining regular communication and being responsive to any particular needs which were identified that weren’t necessarily part of the original support which Children’s Services had requested. Having this consistent and ‘team’ approach between all of us who were supporting the family really contributed to gaining their trust and for Mum, this has now changed her views and whole attitude towards professional support. Whilst progress at first was slow, the time spent building this trust meant that the family began to accept the recommended support and this led to positive changes that have helped to reduce the risk and allow the family to be stepped-down from a CP to a CIN plan.
Thank you! Couldn’t have done it without you 😊“

“Thank you so much for all your support to this family. I have observed some of the wonderful interventions you have supported the family with…. I do agree with you that client needs further support re the child’s defiance towards her especially at bedtime, she has suggested. Outside of this I do not feel your services would be further required at this stage, as between us and yourself, the client has had sufficient tools and we have to believe she should be able to utilise the tools given to cope. I do recognise that it could be challenging for her initially implementing all the new tools especially for the child who has known nothing except for the prior routine…. The Children’s practitioner and myself will undertake a 4 weeks refresher and intervention on boundaries with the client.…Also, I am considering recommending for the children to be stepped down from a child protection plan following the positive observations noted for the past 2 to 3 months regarding supervision. There is recognition that there is more work to be done around boundaries and refresher on routines. I however belief these can be achieved under a chid in need plan for the children….Again, thank you for all your support. the client especially enjoys the blender reporting it as “banging” as she makes smoothies daily for the children and its cheaper for her as well (buying frozen fruits) 😊.”

“I have been working alongside the FSW on a complex case involving a sibling group of three children affected by child to parent abuse since December 2021. Throughout this time, the FSW has maintained excellent communication with myself and the other members of the core group of professionals, which has enabled effective and collaborative assessment of risk and provision of support for the family. Within a short space of time, the FSW was able to form a working relationship with the family and has consistently maintained efforts to encourage the parents to reflect and develop motivation to change, despite there being elements of resistance from the parents. The FSW’s assessment and analysis of this case has been very helpful in better understanding patterns of behaviour within the family unit and considering the factors influencing these patterns. It has been a pleasure to work with the FSW.”

“The FSW worked incredibly well with this family and was patient and very kind. There was a notable change in the eldest child’s presentation and the communication in the home improved. There were quite a few difficult points when working with the family and the FSW and I did have to have some conversations about certain issues around diversity/culture/religion but the FSW and I were able to reflect well together and able to move forward. The FSW was very collaborative with myself which helped progress things.”

“Unfortunately, the situation with the family has deteriorated since you have left and the home has been in a very poor condition, Mum has been in bed/unwell a lot, and there have been missed appointments. We still don’t have Adult Services set up as mum has not employed anyone despite having the payment card for the past few months!… Despite this, I want to say a big thank you for all your help and support. You were an incredible help to this family and went above and beyond and the changes you made during your involvement were evident, it has just been unfortunate that they have not been able to be sustained by parents. I really hope I can work with you again!!”

“Thank you for letting me know about today and I’m so pleased you had a good final visit with the family – they have come a long way thanks to you and all the work you have done with the child. I’m sure you will never know the full impact you have had on her but I hope she carries what she has learned from you throughout her life and never loses her voice again….. All the best – it’s been lovely working with you.”
